Resolved

Internet connectivity in the Troy office was down. Incident was discovered at 10:00AM EST by Mat May. I could connect to all three WIFI networks, but internet connectivity from all three networks was down.

The incident was resolved by resetting the Comcast cable modem/router. Incident was resolved at 10:45AM EST
